This shot was taken in the Brisbane city mall, This busker puts on a great show too, he stays still like a statue until a gold coin is donated into his bucket and then he comes to life, the kids definitely love it (almost as much as me!). CS4 desat from B&W conversion.

Fantastic. Funnily enough this wouldn't be nearly as effective without the bold 'Hype' signage behind him!! Love the grain too, gives it a certain charm, gotta love film.

I'd be inclined to go for a full b&w rather than a desat.

Yeah i went all the way and then adjusted the opacity back as I liked the red in the stores sign.

I like how the film scanner embedded its own exif data to the shots! haha.
